Organizers on the Expansion of UPKL
The league is owned and operated by SJ Uplift Kabaddi, which aims to provide a bigger stage for local Kabaddi players. Speaking about the addition of new teams, Sambhav Jain, one of the key organizers, said:
“We’re extremely proud to welcome four new franchises into UPKL’s second season. This expansion will give more opportunities to young Kabaddi players from every part of the state. Our goal is to bring traditional sports like Kabaddi onto a modern, professional platform.”
